Dispatch
Orders are dispatched only after payment, stock, documentation and customer eligibility checks. Delivery estimates begin when dispatch is confirmed, not when an order is submitted.
Product presentation
Each purchased unit is supplied as one sealed PEPLAB bottle. Outer packaging protects the label, bottle seal and stated storage conditions during tracked transit.
Returns
Contact Peplabperformance@outlook.com before returning anything. Do not post an unapproved return. Opened materials, broken seals or products stored outside the stated conditions cannot normally be accepted for resale.
Problems on arrival
Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, bottle and batch details as soon as possible. Report damage or a missing item promptly with the order reference.
Information still required
Shipping prices, carriers, cut-off times, cancellation rights and the returns address must be confirmed before public trading.
